chore(.gitignore): add _site, .bundle, and vendor directories to ignore list

The _site, .bundle, and vendor directories are now added to the ignore list in the .gitignore file. This ensures that these directories and their contents will not be tracked by Git.

docs(README.md): add contribution guidelines and opportunities for contributors

The README.md file has been updated to include a section on how contributors can help with the project. It provides specific requests for creating the person.json file for individuals with open Issue tickets and suggests other ways to contribute, such as updating the website, graphics, and logos, as well as writing code to auto-publish entries on the anniversary of their passing. The README also includes links to the Ideas discussions and issue label for more opportunities. Additionally, a link to the CONTRIBUTING guide has been added to provide instructions on how to contribute to the project.
