Described as the \"Fixer of Itches\" and \"Finder of All-the-things,\" he was a staff member for five different conferences since 2007. When not filling roles at a con, he worked as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. RC was known for his welcoming nature, always greeting people with a hug and a smile. He lost his battle with pneumonia caused by COVID-19 on April 17, 2021, leaving behind his wife Debra and two children.</p>",
